Mr. Louis Yu joined the Hong Kong Arts Development Council as the Chief Executive in May 2007. He was awarded the Medal of Honour and was appointed as member of Land and Development Advisory Committee in July 2009. He has over 20 years of experience in arts management. He worked for the Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) for over 12 years and was the Executive Director after holding the positions of Programme Director and Performing Arts Director. Before joining HKAC, he worked for Cultural Presentations Office of the former Urban Services Department, Highnoon Production Company and Prospects Theatre Company.
