Home Affairs Bureau initiated the Asia Cultural Co-operation Forum (ACCF) in 2003 to foster regional cultural co-operation, share good practices and promote culture, the arts and creative industries. The Forum aims at:
- fostering and enhancing partnership between governments;
- facilitating and promoting private sector initiatives in cultural and creative industries; and
- enhancing Hong Kong's profile as the cultural and creative hub of Asia.
