
Mr Jooho KIM

Mr Kim is Founding President of Korea Arts & Culture
Education Service (KACES), a statutory governmental agency
mandated to support arts and cultural education in schools
and communities, as well as providing training programs
to artists and teachers. Since 1987, he has served as
manager and consultant in Korea's leading arts institutions
such as Seoul Arts Centre (1987-1997), LG Arts Centre
for Performing Arts (1997-2001), Metta Consulting Inc.
(2002-2004) and is currently an Advisor to the Ministry
of Trade and Foreign Affairs of Korea. He received both
his Bachelor degree in Russian Language and Literature
(1983) and Master degree in Linguistics (1985) from the
University of Korea and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma
in Arts Administration from the City University of London
(1991). Mr. Kim is author of Arts Management-Manual
for the Arts Manager, Music Business Handbook, and
has taught in the Arts Management Departments of Kyunghee
University and Sungkonghoe University.
